Work underway on multi-million pound business development in County Durham
Work is well underway on the final phase of a hugely successful business park, which has the potential to create around 3,500 jobs. The multi million pound development, part of Spectrum Business Park on the site of the former Dawdon Colliery in Seaham, County Durham, will provide much needed office and industrial accommodation. The final phase, Admiral Point, is being created by Stockton-based Jomast Developments, complementing their hugely successful first scheme, which attracted major companies including Kidde Products, Orbis plc, Transmark fcx, Access Rentals and Tradesport.
