Social enterprise could save the future of NHS dentistry, according to a charity lawyer. Stephen Marshall, principal of the Charity, Community and Social Enterprise department at Derby law firm Robinsons Solicitors, has been advising a not-for-profit dental company that hopes to open five practices this year. Genesis Dental Care runs a practice in Lincolnshire and plans to open four more.
